Job summary

SAP Ariba Solution Architect role based in Dubai, UAE, focuses on leading end-to-end design, configuration and rollout of SAP Ariba across modules including Sourcing, Contracts, Buying and Invoicing, and Supplier Risk integration with SAP S/4HANA.

The role collaborates with procurement and IT teams to define Source-to-Pay processes, manages CIG or API integrations, supports pre-sales activities, blueprinting, testing and training, and stays aligned with the Ariba roadmap and best practices.

Qualifications

• 9–10 years of SAP experience with 6 years in SAP Ariba and 3–4 full-cycle implementations.
• Experience in SAP SRM & SAP S4HANA Procurement modules with at least 1 implementation.
• Strong functional expertise in Sourcing, Contract Management, Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, CA, SLP and Supplier Risk.
• Hands-on experience with CIG integration, Ariba APIs and web services.
• Proven ability to lead client workshops, design sessions and user training.
• Experience in proposal writing and RFP responses for SAP Ariba & Procurement projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• SAP Ariba certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design configuration and implementation of SAP Ariba solutions across modules.
• Act as the functional and solution lead with business procurement and IT to define Source-to-Pay processes.
• Manage integration with SAP S4HANA via CIG or APIs ensuring seamless data flow.
• Support pre-sales activities including proposal development, RFP responses and presentations.
• Conduct blueprinting workshops, configuration testing and training for smooth delivery.
• Drive supplier enablement, catalog and onboarding strategies for Ariba Network.
• Stay updated with Ariba roadmap and advise on new functionalities and best practices.

SAP Ariba Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design configuration and implementation of SAP Ariba solutions across all modules Sourcing Contracts Buying amp Invoicing Commerce Automation Supplier Lifecycle amp Performance SLP and Supplier Risk integration with SAP S4HANA
• Act as the functional and solution lead working closely with business procurement and IT teams to define and deliver Source-to-Pay S2P processes
• Manage integration with SAP S 4HANA through Cloud Integration Gateway CIG or APIs ensuring seamless master data and transactional data flow
• Support pre-sales activities including proposal development RFP responses effort estimation and solution presentations
• Conduct blueprinting workshops configuration testing and training to ensure smooth delivery and user adoption
• Drive supplier enablement strategy catalog strategy and onboarding strategy for customers on the Ariba Network
• Stay updated with SAP Ariba roadmap and advise on new functionalities innovations and best practices

Required Skills

• Experience: 9-10 years of total SAP experience with 6 years in SAP Ariba and at least 3-4 full-cycle implementations across multiple Ariba modules
