Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT support or technical support roles.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and basic network hardware.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Monitor system performance and ensure updates are applied.

Education
