- Provide general help to other members of the Systems team.
- Provide late cover on a rotational shift pattern.
- Perform software installs.
- Develop and conduct system test plans.
- Evaluate the performance of existing systems.
- Provide technical support to operations staff during production problem resolution.
- Evaluate and test vendor-supplied packages.
- Support customers in a technical help desk environment.
