A leading retail and franchise group in the Middle East, managing iconic brands across beauty, fashion, toys, and food & beverage.
Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive IT support across outlets and the office, including troubleshooting and maintenance of POS systems, CCTV setups, Microsoft applications, and store IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage and maintain IT assets, networks, and security protocols, ensuring compliance with company standards while performing routine system checks, updates, and resolving hardware/software issues efficiently.
- Support new store openings, installations, and go-live activities, requiring frequent travel between outlets to deliver on-site technical assistance, configure systems, and ensure business continuity during critical operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalated IT issues, leveraging strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and security, while applying certified expertise (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) to optimize system performance and user experience.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to Male Nepali, Filipino and Indian nationals, 27 – 32 years old.
- At least 2 years’ proven IT support experience, preferably within a retail or F&B (QSR) environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, firewall configuration, and basic network security principles with strong hands-on expertise in POS systems, CCTV troubleshooting, IT asset management, networking support, and Microsoft products.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license and have access to a personal vehicle for frequent store/site travel. Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) are mandatory.
