Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and network operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish IT service governance frameworks for consistency and operational excellence.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ensure vendors meet defined SLAs, KPIs, and obligations.
• Lead service transition and transformation projects.
