Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive IT Project Manager to support the implementation of hospitality technology projects across JA Resorts & Hotels. Reporting to the Senior IT Project Manager, this role focuses on the delivery of guest‑centric systems, including Oracle Opera Cloud and Simphony Cloud, across hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project workstreams and coordinate activities with internal teams, vendors, and hotel operations.
• Support end‑to‑end implementation of Oracle Opera Cloud and Simphony Cloud.
• Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with guest experience goals.
• Identify risks and contribute to mitigation planning.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Senior IT Project Manager.
• Contribute to project governance and post‑implementation reviews.
• Manage project budgets and resources within range.
