Job summary

IHS Towers in Dubai, UAE seeks a Project Manager to join the PMO within IT & PMO. You will coordinate delivery of projects with business owners and IT units, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget while maintaining quality.

The role requires frequent travel to Nigeria and other markets, and involves developing project plans in waterfall and agile, managing budgets, and coordinating resources and vendors to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Certified in at least one PM methodology (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management.
• Overall understanding of IT (Architecture Development Infrastructure).

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope with quality.
• Travel frequently to Nigeria and other markets for long/short stays.
• Define project scopes and objectives with stakeholders; ensure feasibility.
• Develop project plans in waterfall and agile environments.
• Monitor and control project budgets for each initiative.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for execution.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across customers, vendors, and teams.
• Perform risk management and maintain project documentation.
• Communicate effectively across all levels, including senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrate cultural awareness in a multi-cultural environment.
