Job summary

A pharmaceutical company in the United Arab Emirates seeks an IT Specialist – IT Operations to ensure stable IT operations and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will manage CSV activities, provide technical support, and ensure IT systems meet regulatory requirements. A Bachelor's degree in IT and 5+ years of experience in IT operations are required, along with strong knowledge of ITIL processes and Office 365 administration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT operations experience, with at least 2–3 years in L2 support.
• Experience in the Pharma industry with exposure to GxP, GMP, and CSV.
• Strong understanding of IT security policies and controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage Computer System Validation (CSV) activities for IT systems.
• Provide Level 2 technical support for escalated IT issues.
• Ensure IT systems comply with 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity requirements.
