Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT operations experience, with at least 2–3 years in L2 support.
• Hands-on experience in Office 365 administration.
• 2 – 3 years experience in Pharma industry with exposure to GxP, GMP, CSV.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure Computer System Validation (CSV) activities.
• Provide Level 2 technical support for escalated IT issues.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and maintain proper documentation.
