Job Description

• Own and manage Retail ERP and POS systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail.
• Manage CRM, clientelling, and SMS marketing platforms.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and insights.
• Own Power BI dashboards and reporting for sales, inventory, finance, and customer analytics.
• Ensure smooth store operations across POS, inventory, pricing, promotions, and finance.
• Manage vendors, partners, SLAs, and application budgets.

Qualifications

• Open to Indian nationals aged 45 and below with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in the fashion or apparel industry.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Retail (POS & Retail Operations), CRM, Campaign Management, AI Automation, and Power BI reporting.
• Solid understanding of retail store infrastructure and networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, store connectivity).
• Proven experience supporting multi-store retail environments.
