Job Description:

TAQA, one of the leading energy and water companies in the Middle East and a key pillar of the UAE's economic development, is looking for a skilled IT Specialist to join its Information Technology department in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading IT systems to ensure the smooth operation of the company’s digital infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install and configure computer systems and applications
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, firewalls, and security tools
• Troubleshoot system failures and bugs, and provide timely solutions
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for upgrades and repairs
• Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies
• Manage user access, permissions, and software licenses
• Document technical issues and resolutions
• Provide training and technical guidance to end-users
• Support IT project implementation and rollouts

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
