Job summary

Pathward is seeking an IT Audit Associate to join our Dubai team, working with audit and IT professionals to define objectives, scopes, and testing strategies across the IT control environment.

You will assist in planning, execution, and reporting of IT audit engagements, including SOX ITGC testing and risk-based technology reviews, while analyzing data to identify deficiencies and opportunities to strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Up to 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and build professional relationships.
• High attention to detail.
• Learning agility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with audit team and IT members to develop audit objectives, engagement scopes, and testing strategies
• Assist in planning, execution, and reporting of IT audit engagements, including SOX ITGC testing and risk-based technology reviews
• Analyze and summarize data to identify control deficiencies, process inefficiencies, or noncompliance
• Utilize data analytics to test large datasets and identify anomalies
• Monitor issued audit findings and perform validation testing over remediation plans
• Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and reduce risk exposure
