Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a Manager - Internal Audit, Information Technology to lead the IT audit program and assure governance, risk and controls across the group. You will evaluate security controls for traditional and cloud environments, design reviews, and provide actionable recommendations.

In this role, you will collaborate with BU process owners, manage audit findings, and monitor corrective actions. Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, IA standards, and data analytics is essential for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, cyber security, or related field.
• CISA/CISSP or equivalent certifications.
• Solid knowledge of IA methodologies and reporting.
• Experience with IT governance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT audit program execution across business units.
• Collaborate with process owners to close gaps and mitigate risks.
• Assess IT controls, including cloud security and security features.
• Review system designs and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Oversee audit report quality and deliver value-added findings.
• Monitor corrective actions and ensure timely closure.
• Perform cyber, website, mobile app, RPA reviews.
• Analyze emerging tech risks (AI, blockchain, IoT).
