The IT Admin is responsible for managing and maintaining theorganization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and computersystems. They oversee system installations, upgrades, and configurations,ensuring optimal performance and security. The IT Admin troubleshootstechnical issues, manages user access, and implements backup and recoveryprocedures to safeguard data integrity.

In addition to system management, the IT Admin collaborates with otherdepartments to support technology needs, monitors network security, andmaintains documentation of IT processes and policies. Strong technicalexpertise, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential toensure seamless IT operations and support business functions. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–4 years in combined IT support/helpdesk and system administration roles.
Experience with network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, firewalls, and basic server maintenance. Skilled in Active Directory, Office 365/admin, Group Policy, and user account management.
Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and/or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is an advantage
