Job summary

Damen Shipyards Group is seeking an ISMS & Security Process Specialist to lead the organization’s ISO/IEC 27001:2022 readiness. You will implement and operationalize the ISMS, document controls, and coordinate evidence for audits across multiple countries and functions.

You will work with CISO and stakeholders to ensure governance, risk, and compliance are embedded in day‑to‑day operations while driving improvements in security maturity.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in Information Security, ISMS, GRC or IT governance.
• Experience building ISO 27001:2022 compliant systems.
• Ability to document processes controls and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the Information Security Management System aligned with ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
• Document policies procedures standards and governance artifacts.
• Map controls with risks and evidence for audits and certification.
• Develop the security management system within BPM platforms.
• Coordinate evidence collection for audits and management reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement of ISMS and audit readiness.
