Job summary

Damen Shipyards Group is seeking an ISMS & Security Process Specialist to strengthen its Information Security Management System and prepare for ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification readiness. The role requires hands-on documentation, process structuring, and evidence management across a global organization.

You will work with the Group CISO, process owners, and IT teams to translate security needs into auditable, repeatable processes and maintain governance for ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or maintaining an ISO/IEC 27001-compliant management system.
• Strong documentation and governance capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate audits and evidence collection.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the ISMS aligned with ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
• Document processes, controls, and governance documentation.
• Support ISO/IEC 27001 compliance and certification readiness.
• Develop the Security Management System within Damen’s platforms.
• Manage evidence repository and audit readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement of security processes.
