Job summary

AURA Reinvent Security Systems FZ-LLC is seeking an experienced ELV/CCTV Design Engineer to develop professional layouts and technical documentation for premium residential and commercial projects in Ras al-Khaimah and the Northern Emirates.

The role requires 3+ years in CCTV/ELV design within the UAE, strong AutoCAD skills (2D layouts, SLD), and in-depth knowledge of IP cameras, PoE networks, and NVR configurations. On-site client interaction and GCC regulatory awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Original, attested Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in one of the specified fields.
• Minimum 3 years of proven CCTV/ELV design experience in the UAE.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D layouts, SLD, schematics).
• Deep technical knowledge of IP camera systems (Hikvision/Dahua preferred), PoE networks, and NVR configurations.
• Hands-on site survey experience and client interactions on-site.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and camera coverage analysis for villas and commercial buildings.
• Design IP CCTV systems from small setups to 32+ cameras.
• Draft AutoCAD 2D layouts, SLDs, cable routing plans, and equipment schedules.
• Estimate cable distances remotely and prepare BoQ.
• Develop technical specifications for equipment procurement.
• Coordinate with field installation team to ensure design is implemented correctly.
