Job summary

Buchanan, a leading international law firm, seeks an Investment Funds Associate in Abu Dhabi to advise on complex fund structuring and cross-border investments within a global platform. The role targets mid-level associates with strong London market experience to handle sponsor-side mandates.

You will work on sophisticated private equity funds, capital solutions and cross-border transactions, supporting international clients and multijurisdictional deals.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years’ PQE with strong investment funds experience.
• Background gained at a Magic Circle or elite US firm in London.
• Experience advising on private equity funds, capital solutions or sponsor-side transactions.
• Strong technical knowledge of fund structuring and investment documentation.
• Excellent drafting skills and commercial awareness.
• Ability to operate confidently within a cross-border transactional environment.
