Job summary

ADNOC is seeking a seasoned investment professional to assess investment proposals and develop economics tools for the Downstream Directorate. The role ensures governance compliance, conducts financial analyses, and supports strategic decision making for greenfield, brownfield, and joint venture investments.

Responsibilities include preparing investment cases for MIC and other committees, keeping abreast of market trends, and aligning plans with ADNOC objectives across Downstream Group Companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess investment proposals to determine suitable investment strategies.
• Ensure Downstream projects comply with IGF or applicable policy.
• Develop economic tools and fit-for-purpose analysis to support Downstream Directorate.
• Provide timely challenge and guidance in making informed investment decisions.
• Conduct business, economic, and financial evaluations for greenfield, brownfield, JV, mergers and acquisitions.
• Prepare investment cases and appraisal presentations to MIC or other ADNOC committees.
• Assist Department Manager to align long and short term investment plans with ADNOC objectives.
• Provide Downstream Group Companies with professional analytical and economical support.
• Analyze and assess economic cases presented by Downstream Directorate and its Group Companies.
