Job summary

Citigroup in Dubai is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to assist senior bankers in raising capital and advising on mergers and other transactions, in coordination with the Institutional Banking team. You will help prepare pitches, build financial models, and analyze market data to support client decisions.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience, Series 79 and 63 licenses, and strong communication skills, with a finance or related degree.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; degree or equivalent experience required.
• Series 79 and 63 licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior CIB officers on client transactions and assignments as junior team member.
• Organize and analyze financial data for client proposals and strategic plans.
• Prepare written recommendations and valuation materials for pitches and live deals.
• Conduct economic and financial research.
• Evaluate a company's performance against industry and market trends.
• Build complex financial models for valuation purposes.
• Ensure compliance and manage risk, upholding firm policy and ethics.
