Job summary

Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Investment Group LLC is seeking a responsible Storekeeper to manage daily store operations, ensure accurate inventory records, and control receipt, storage, and issuance of materials in our UAE facility.

The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, stock control, and adherence to warehouse procedures, GRN/MIV/MRV documentation, and ERP/Excel data maintenance. UAE warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree; a relevant qualification is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Store Assistant, or Warehouse Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory in the ERP system or Excel.
• Issue materials and supplies to authorized departments against approved requests.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned department about low-stock items.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials for easy identification and retrieval.
• Prepare and maintain Goods Received Notes (GRN), Material Issue Vouchers (MIV), Material Return Vouchers (MRV), and other store documents.
• Coordinate with the purchasing, accounts, and operations teams regarding deliveries and stock requirements.
• Monitor damaged, expired, or obsolete items and report them to management.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping in the store or warehouse.
• Assist with periodic inventory audits and prepare stock reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control policies.
