Job summary

Seville Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Warehouse Administrator (C1) to oversee administrative functions within the warehouse, including inventory control, data entry and records management. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience with forklift operation and other warehouse equipment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate data entry of all incoming and outgoing products.
• Maintain organized and efficient warehouse records, including purchase orders, receipts, and shipping documents.
• Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, reporting any issues to management.
• Assist with the creation of reports and presentations for management and clients.
• Provide support to warehouse staff as needed, including training on administrative processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols within the warehouse.
• Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
