Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; warehouse, inventory or stock control experience preferred.
• Good numerical and counting skills; basic warehouse procedures.
• Basic computer skills; Excel or inventory systems knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Count and verify incoming and outgoing goods accurately.
• Check quantities against delivery notes, purchase orders, invoices, and dispatch documents.
• Record received, dispatched, damaged, or missing items correctly.
• Assist with loading and unloading activities when required.
• Ensure product quantities and descriptions match documentation.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, overages, or damaged goods to the supervisor.
• Maintain tally sheets, inventory records, and warehouse documentation.
• Support stock counts and physical inventory checks.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth movement of goods.
• Follow warehouse safety, security, and housekeeping procedures.
• Assist in organizing stock and storage areas.
• Perform other duties assigned by Warehouse Supervisor or Inventory Controller.
