Job summary

Jaleel Distribution is seeking an Inventory Planning Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on forecast-based inventory planning across GCC territories, coordinating procurement, and ensuring optimal stock levels through SAP.

You will work with warehouse and sales teams to monitor stock movement, aging, and shortages, preparing reports and supporting proactive stock planning. This position requires strong analytical and coordination skills and good Excel knowledge.

• Experience in inventory planning or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Forecast-based inventory planning across GCC territories and Food and Non-Food categories.
• Import, local, seasonal, and inter-company procurement planning.
• Creating purchase orders and forecast planning through SAP.
• Ensuring optimum stock availability while controlling overstock.
• Monitoring short-dated and slow-moving items.
• Coordinating with management, stakeholders, and vendors on supply chain matters.
• Coordinate with warehouse, and sales teams.
• Analyze stock movement, ageing, shortages, and excess inventory.
• Prepare inventory reports and support stock planning.
