Job summary

Dr Nutrition LLC in Dubai is seeking a Demand Planner to support our supply chain planning process. The role focuses on forecasting, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Procurement, and Operations.

You will analyze historical data and market trends to prepare demand forecasts, monitor stock levels, and provide regular reports to management. A Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in planning are required, with strong Excel skills and ERP exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2–4 years in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good understanding of inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical sales, market trends, and business requirements.
• Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and demand patterns to identify trends and forecast future requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Operations teams to align demand and supply plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and help prevent overstocking or stock shortages.
• Review forecast accuracy and continuously improve forecasting methods.
• Prepare regular demand planning reports and provide insights to management.
• Support promotional and seasonal demand planning activities.
