Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as an Inventory Coordinator in FMCG/manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management techniques and stock control.
• Experience with cycle counts, spot checks, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory software (Oracle, Eatec, Maximo).

Responsibilities

• Kronos attendance tracking, overtime and leave for department staff.
• New employee onboarding: compile and file necessary documentation.
• Purchase Requisition management: raise and process PRs for the dept.
• Coordinate with Procurement to track PR status and resolve issues.
• Schedule and manage training sessions for inventory and warehouse teams.
• Organize departmental meetings and communications; manage office supplies.
• Provide director-level support: reports, documents, and presentations.
• Perform stock movements, adjustments, and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies.
