We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Clerk to join our growing operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and takes pride in maintaining order and accuracy.

The Role

As an Inventory Clerk, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our holiday homes are stocked, maintained, and guest-ready at all times. From tracking and managing property inventory to coordinating with suppliers and the housekeeping team, you’ll help uphold the high standards that define haus & haus holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately record, monitor, and update property inventory across multiple units.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to restock items as needed.
  • Assist in setting up new properties, ensuring all items meet brand standards.
  • Maintain detailed inventory records and documentation.
  • Support operational efficiency by anticipating stock needs and minimizing waste.
  • Drive between properties as required for inspections, deliveries, and collections.
Requirements
  • Valid UAE driving license and clean driving record.
  • Certificate of Good Conduct required.
  • Previous experience in an inventory or operations role (hospitality experience preferred).Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Physically fit and able to lift/move items as needed.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours when required.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, or inventory software).
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and integrity in handling company assets.
