Role Overview: Minutes Quick Services is seeking dedicated professionals for the positions of Inventory Checker and Warehouse Officer (MIS Reporting) in Dubai. These roles focus on maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising stock movements, and generating operational reports within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The selected candidates will monitor stock levels, conduct stock audits, produce MIS reports for inventory tracking, streamline operational workflows, and coordinate with internal logistics teams to support overall warehouse efficiency.

Core Competencies:

• Track and audit inventory levels to ensure full ledger-to-stock physical alignment.
• Support daily warehouse activities, stock receiving, storage optimization, and dispatch procedures.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on stock movements and inventory variance.
• Conduct inventory analysis to identify turnover rates, low stock levels, and slow-moving items.
