Job summary

A trading company based in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a Smart Inventory Accountant to manage warehouse operations and maintain inventory accuracy. Job description

We are looking for Smart Inventory Accountant.

Job Responsibilities
  • Independently manage day-to-day warehouse operations with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the accounting/ERP system.
  • Reconcile physical inventory counts with system data on a regular basis.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shrinkage, or variances.
  • Handle Amazon and other marketplace orders (shipment creation, preparation, labelling, packing, and dispatch).
  • Personally assist with packing and shipment preparation during high-peak periods or whenever required.
  • Prepare periodic inventory reports, KPIs, and audit schedules.
  • Analyse inventory aging, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.
  • Support internal and external audits with documentation and inventory schedules.
  • Ensure all shipments meet Amazon (FBA/FBM) and other marketplace compliance guidelines.
  • Oversee complete warehouse handling and warehouse management including receiving, storage, stock control, and dispatch.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in inventory records across marketplaces and systems.
  • Plan operations in advance, anticipate problems, and resolve them quickly in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
  • Provide timely and regular updates to management on warehouse activities, inventory, and shipments.
  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for pickups, returns, and deliveries.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements for better accuracy, speed, and cost-efficiency.
