A leading recruitment agency in Dubai is looking for a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to manage the full recruitment cycle. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating with overseas agents, and fulfilling client manpower requirements. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is essential. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR or recruitment (preferably in a Manpower Supply / Overseas Recruitment company).
• Strong understanding of overseas recruitment procedures and UAE manpower market.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with overseas recruitment agents in India for sourcing workers.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from shortlisting to deployment.
• Prepare and verify documents such as demand and offer letters.
• Maintain detailed records of candidate deployment and client assignments.
• Prepare weekly reports on recruitment progress and manpower status.
