Crowe is seeking a Manager Internal Audit to lead the internal audit function, oversee planning, fieldwork, reporting, and client interactions within the Internal Audit & Risk Consulting Services.

The role emphasizes managing audit engagements, developing governance frameworks, and mentoring the audit team to deliver compliant, high-quality services to Crowe’s clients in the UAE and beyond.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification; CIA/CFE/CRMA preferred.
• Experience in Governance, Risk and Controls.
• Experience with UAE regulatory bodies (DFSA/ADGM/CMA/ADAA).

Responsabilités

• Plan resources and audit planning documentation; guide team members.
• Manage fieldwork in a disciplined, professional manner.
• Follow audit protocols for findings and reporting; finalize engagement reports.
• Compile reports for presentation to Audit Committee.
• On-the-job coaching to enhance team capabilities.
