Job summary

Al-Futtaim invites a seasoned Assistant Manager-Internal Audit to join our Dubai-based team. You will drive risk assessment, develop the annual audit plan, and supervise audits across automotive, retail and other divisions.

You will document findings, prepare executive summaries, and present monthly updates to senior management. Proficiency in Tableau/Power BI and ERP tools (SAP/Oracle) is essential.

Qualifications

• CA/ACCA/CIA with internal audit knowledge.
• Min 5 years in internal audit, automotive experience preferred.
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems and audit tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual audit plan by assessing risk levels and communicate to Audit Manager.
• Design audit programs detailing risks, controls, and tests.
• Conduct internal audit assignments to evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of controls.
• Review approvals to ensure compliance with policies and delegations of authority.
• Document audit work in the Audit Management System and prepare professional reports.
• Prepare executive summaries and monthly reports for Vice Chairman review.
• Support follow-up on implementation of audit recommendations.
• Utilize Tableau/Power BI to extend audit coverage.
• Conduct fraud investigations to identify loss and preventive recommendations.
• Aim for high professional standards in line with IS auditing standards.
