Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Interest in PR, media and emerging technologies (Web3, fintech, digital assets).
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of digital media and content creation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day client activities and internal communication.
• Prepare status reports, meeting notes, and presentations.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and updates.
• Support campaign execution under guidance of senior team members.
• Coordinate with internal PR, content, digital and creative teams.
• Assist in drafting press materials, including press releases, media pitches, and briefing notes.
• Support media outreach and maintain media lists.
• Monitor media coverage and track campaign performance.
• Develop content such as blogs, announcements, and thought leadership pieces.
• Conduct research on industry trends in Web3, fintech, and tech.
• Assist with new business research and proposal preparation.

Requirements
