Job summary

Avoir HR Recruitment is seeking a skilled Steel Fabricator for UAE fit-out projects in Dubai. You will read blueprints, fabricate and assemble metal structures, operate shears, saws, and drill presses, and inspect components for quality and adherence to specs.

The role requires 3–5 years in steel fabrication within the fit-out industry, and a vocational certificate is preferred. Night shifts may apply; monthly salary ranges from AED 1,200 to 1,800 depending on experience and skills.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Steel Fabricator in the fit-out Industry.
• Preferably candidates with a vocational course certificate in related field.
• Knowledge of various metal working techniques and tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings related to interior design projects.
• Fabricate and assemble structural metal products according to specifications, ensuring high quality and precision.
• Operate machinery such as shears, saws, flame cutters, and drill presses.
• Inspect fabricated components for compliance with design specifications and standards.
• Perform welding and other related tasks as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and interior design standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used work performed.
• Stay updated with latest techniques and tools in metal fabrication.
