Job summary

Dautom in Dubai is seeking a Site Supervisor with a Civil Engineering background to oversee interior fit-out and renovation projects. You will supervise daily site operations, coordinate with project managers and subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety compliance.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, reading shop drawings, and a valid UAE driving licence. Immediate joiners preferred and Hindi communication is a plus for site coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering or interior fit-out projects.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, interior design, MEP, and shop drawings.
• UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out, finishing, and renovation projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Read, interpret, and execute architectural, interior design, MEP, and shop drawings.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to drawings, specs and schedules.
• Ensure quality standards and project requirements are maintained.
• Identify potential site risks and implement risk mitigation measures.
• Manage site resources, workforce allocation and daily schedules.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction standards.
• Report project progress, site issues and material requirements to management.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve technical issues and minimize delays.
