Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking an Estimation Fit-Out Engineer in Dubai to prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects. You will review drawings, measure quantities, and develop build-up rates while ensuring competitive pricing and alignment with project requirements.

The role requires 3–7 years of UAE/GCC experience in interior fit-out estimation, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel, and a strong commercial mindset to identify cost-saving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, QS, or related discipline.
• Professional certification in Quantity Surveying or Cost Estimation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Tender & Drawing Review: Review tender documents and drawings; identify scope, exclusions, assumptions, risks.
• Quantity Take-Off & BOQ: Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for fit-out works.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, subcontractors, and overheads.
• Supplier & Subcontractor Management: Obtain quotations, evaluate bids, negotiate terms.
• Tender Submission: Prepare commercial proposals and ensure timely, competitive submissions.
• Post-Tender Activities: Respond to client queries and revise estimates as needed.
• Coordination: Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement, Projects, and Commercial teams.
