The Role

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements and project goals.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and MEP teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
• Supervise on-site fit‑out work, ensuring quality control and adherence to design specifications.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement of materials and furnishings.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve design‑related issues.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in interior design with hands‑on civil and fit‑out project experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• UAE driving license is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices.
• Familiarity with local regulations and authority approvals in the UAE.
