Job summary

Flip retail seeks an Interior Designer to translate client conversations into beautiful, market-ready interior solutions. You will create layouts, 3D/2D presentations, and collaborate with the architectural team from concept to completion.

The role requires a strong portfolio and at least 5 years in design, sales, fitout/joinery, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp and Adobe suite. Full-time on-site position in UAE.

Qualifications

• Interest and proven understanding of interior design and area planning.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships while selling ideas, products or services.
• Interior decoration degree with portfolio; minimum 5 years' experience in design, sales, fitout/joinery.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand objectives and needs.
• Create and market personalized interior solutions.
• Assist clients in developing beautiful rooms with custom furniture selections.
• Lead the styling process from initial client contact to final sale.
• Prepare 3D/2D presentations and mockups for clients.
• Coordinate with architectural layout teams from concept to completion.
