Role Description

The Interior Designer will work on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, in a full-time capacity, collaborating with project managers, architects, and construction teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing interior concepts, preparing mood boards and material palettes, and producing detailed drawings and documentation for implementation. The role involves space planning, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained. The Interior Designer will conduct site visits, review progress against design specifications, and make necessary adjustments to meet quality, safety, and budget requirements. The position also requires direct interaction with clients to understand requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback into final solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong interior design and space planning skills, with the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
• Knowledge of architecture principles and construction processes to align interior concepts with overall project design.
• Proficiency in preparing and reading construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience in FF&E selection, specification, and coordination, including materials, finishes, and fixtures.
