MH Real Estate Developers in Dubai seeks a talented interior designer to craft interiors for ultra-luxury villas, penthouses, and designer residences. You will conceptualize layouts, finishes, and furnishings, coordinating with clients, developers, and agents to ensure vision matches execution.

Bring expertise in AutoCAD, 3ds Max/SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and D5 rendering. You’ll source suppliers, manage contractors, and oversee delivery while staying ahead of luxury design trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in luxury residential interior design in the UAE (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Conceptualized and designed interior layouts, finishes, and furnishings for premium real estate properties.
• Collaborate with clients, developers, and real estate agents to align vision and execution.
• Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
• Oversee execution to ensure timely and quality delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Conceptualized and designed interior layouts, finishes, and furnishings for premium real estate properties.
• Collaborate with clients, developers, and real estate agents to align vision and execution. Using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D Max, develop detailed mood boards, material samples, and 3D visuals.
• Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
• Oversee execution to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Stay current with trends in luxury interiors, materials, and sustainable design.

• Design Passion: A strong aesthetic sense with an eye for detail.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max/SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and D5 interior rendering software.
• Client-Focused: Great communication and presentation skills.

• Languages: English is a must. Additional languages like are a plus.

Experience & Qualifications
