Job summary

Fletcher Piccolo Associates (FPA) in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior Interior Designer to lead interior design across stages, from test fits to FF&E documentation. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, source high-end furnishing, and ensure design compliance with UAE requirements.

The candidate should possess a Degree in Interior Design, 10–15 years of experience, and advanced skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, and MS Office. This role is based on-site in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design.
• 10–15 years of experience with a real estate developer or consultancy.
• Extensive UAE experience with local design requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated space planning expertise.
• Ability to develop accurate, clear and visually compelling presentations.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Produce interior design packages from Pre Design to Detailed Design.
• Generate internal research and benchmarking documents.
• Prepare interior design presentations for projects.
• Produce test fits for layouts, design collateral, timelines.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and approvals.
• Research and source high quality interiors products and fittings.
• Coordinate mockups, show apartments, villas or units for ground implementation.
• Act as SME on local vendors supporting design and build processes.
• Develop consultant and bidder lists based on market research.

The Role

Responsible for Interior Design functions through all stages of design in the generation of test fits research, design studies, documentation, FF&E, drafting and technical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Produce interior design packages for various projects from Pre Design to Detailed design.
