They combine bold aesthetic vision, brand sensitivity, and technical excellence to deliver striking, high-impact spaces.

They’re now looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead and coordinate all stages of interior design delivery, from concept through to completion, ensuring every project upholds the studio’s signature design quality and vision.

The Design Manager will oversee multiple projects, managing teams, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth execution. You’ll be equally comfortable developing design concepts, producing detailed drawings, and leading on-site coordination. This role suits someone who thrives in a creative yet fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding design outcomes on time and to standard.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and present innovative design concepts and schemes that align with client briefs and business goals.
  • Lead and manage the design process from concept, schematic and detailed design through tender and site coordination.
  • Assign tasks, review work, and ensure design consistency across all projects.
  • Develop and present creative design concepts that align with client requirements and project goals.
  • Prepare plans, elevations, sketches, material / mood boards, detail and execution drawings using AutoCAD and Photoshop.
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), specification sheets and finish schedules.
  • Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to maintain progress and design intent.
  • Supervise and oversee site activities, ensuring that the design vision is followed through to completion.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain compliance with local building codes, regulations, and hospitality / F&B operational standards.
  • Support the leadership team in maintaining the studio’s design quality, efficiency, and creative excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or similar discipline.
  • 8–12 years’ professional experience, ideally within hospitality, F&B, or luxury interior design.
  • Proven experience managing multiple design projects from concept through site delivery.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and relevant presentation tools.
  • Exceptional design, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of local authority regulations and construction practices.
  • Confident leading meetings and guiding junior designers.
Benefits
  • 26-28,000 AED per month
  • 20% of team bonus pool you've designed
  • Finish at midday 2 x Fridays per month
  • Opportunity to lead high-profile hospitality and F&B projects across Dubai and beyond.
