Our client is an Award Winning Interior Design Studio to based in Abu Dhabi, focusing on Workplace, Hospitality, Commercial, F&B and Residential projects.

Archibat HR Asia is looking for an Interior Design Manager to be based in their Abu Dhabi office : Role : The Design Manager will drive the design team with excellence, build client relationship, upscale and mentor designers, develop strategic approaches and review projects running concurrently from concept, schematic, design development, through IFC stages, touching several markets such as commercial, residential, hospitality and workplaces. The Design Manager will also : – Provide leadership, guidance, coaching to concept designers and staff members.– Take responsibility and accountability for design and technical detailing across all design stages.– Demonstrate ability to run, manage and deliver projects from inception to completion.– Deliver complex projects across residential, hospitality uses.

Requirements :

Bachelor / Master Degrees in Interior Design or related Project Management.– 14+yrs of interior design and project management exp in all phases through project handover.– Outstanding client-facing, written and verbal communication skills.– Fluent in English, and strong and precise reporting skills.
