Job summary

IRTH Group is seeking an experienced Interior Design Draftsman to support our interior fit-out projects in the UAE. You will produce detailed drawings, joinery details, and shop drawings, collaborating with designers, engineers, and site teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

You should have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Interior Design, at least 5 years of UAE/GCC experience, and strong AutoCAD skills; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit or 3Ds Max is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior design drafting and preparing shop drawings in the UAE/GCC
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3Ds Max is an advantage
• Strong expertise in joinery detailing, interior finishes, and materials
• Understanding of construction methods and fit-out coordination
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings
• High attention to detail, time management, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed interior drawings, including layout plans, ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details
• Translate conceptual sketches into precise and well-coordinated technical drawings
• Develop shop drawings and as-built documentation for fit-out works
• Ensure all drawings meet design specifications, local authority regulations, and company standards
• Coordinate with design, architectural, engineering, and site teams to resolve drawing issues
• Update and revise drawings based on client feedback or site conditions
• Organise and maintain drawing documentation and registers
• Assist in preparing material schedules when required
