Job summary

IRTH Group is seeking an experienced Interior Design Draftsman to support interior fit-out projects. You will produce high-quality technical drawings and joinery details while collaborating with designers, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate design implementation.

Responsibilities include creating detailed drawings, translating sketches, developing shop drawings, and ensuring compliance with specs and regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE/GCC interior design drafting experience, including shop drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3Ds Max is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed interior drawings, including layout plans, ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
• Translate conceptual sketches into precise and well-coordinated technical drawings.
• Develop shop drawings and as-built documentation for fit-out works.
• Ensure all drawings meet design specifications, local authority regulations, and company standards.
• Coordinate with design, architectural, engineering, and site teams to resolve drawing issues.
• Update and revise drawings based on client feedback or site conditions.
• Organise and maintain drawing documentation and registers.
• Assist in preparing material schedules when required.
