Job Description
Develop and maintain interface management plans to identify track and resolve interfaces between various project components disciplines and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers engineering teams contractors and vendors to define interface requirements specifications and deliverables.
- Conduct regular interface meetings and workshops to facilitate communication alignment and resolution of interface issues and conflicts.
- Monitor and track interface deliverables milestones and dependencies to ensure timely resolution and mitigate schedule risks.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather input provide updates and address concerns related to interface management.
- Review engineering drawings documents and specifications to verify compliance with interface requirements and standards.
- Identify and elevate interface-related risks challenges and opportunities to project leadership and stakeholders for timely resolution and decision-making.
- Coordinate with project controls team to integrate interface activities into project schedules budgets and progress reports.
- Support the development of lessons learned and best practices for interface management contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as focal point for site visit coordination and data exchange with ADNOC operations.
- Prepare interface matrix and generate the Interface Register internal and to COMPANY.
- Follow up with project interface coordinator on the NOC application and dates for renewal.
- Follow up with Planning team for the work execution for NOC application.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Civil or similar discipline).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in interface management or project engineering roles preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience in ADNOC projects is a strong advantage.
