Responsibilities
  1. Provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU).
  2. Lead and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses and junior doctors, ensuring high standards of patient care.
  3. Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage the ongoing care of patients in the ICU.
  4. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, collaborating with specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
  5. Mentor and train junior medical staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
  6. Engage in clinical governance activities, including audits and quality improvement projects.
  7. Stay updated on the latest advancements in critical care medicine and implement evidence-based practices.

  9. Participate in on-call duties and respond to emergencies as required.
