• Define and govern integration standards and canonical data models.
• Lead cross-functional architecture workshops and produce artifacts.
• Ensure performance, resiliency, and monitoring as NFRs.
• Oversee data security and schema governance.

Role: Integration Architect – AMI/MDMS

Experience: 12+ years in enterprise integration architecture

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with AMI/MDMS integrations (EnergyIP preferred) or other high-volume telemetry/data platforms
• Deep expertise in integration architecture including:
  • Interface design, mappings, adapters, monitoring, and error handling
  • Integration patterns (data replication, interfaces, data services)
  • API design (REST/SOAP) and message-based integration (JMS/Kafka concepts)
  • Data formats: XML, JSON, CSV with schema governance and versioning

Experience with high-volume data ingestion:

• Batch tuning, incremental loads, partitioning, compression
• Handling late/missing data and estimation flags

Strong integration security knowledge (TLS/mTLS, certificates, OAuth2, secure service accounts)

Architecture & Delivery

• Ability to define and govern integration standards and canonical data models
• Strong NFR expertise (performance, resiliency, DR, monitoring)
• Experience leading cross-functional architecture workshops and producing artifacts

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering/Computer Science (Master’s preferred)
• TOGAF or equivalent, SAP Integration, and Cloud certifications preferred
