A healthcare service provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Insurance Supervisor to lead the insurance and revenue cycle functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in claims management, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining financial accuracy. Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in insurance, revenue cycle, or claims management, preferably in IVF or women’s health.
• Certification in medical coding (CPC, CCA, or CCS) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE payer policies, coding standards, and DOH regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end insurance and claims management cycle.
• Conduct monthly medical and technical audits before claim submission.
• Track and analyze RCM performance KPIs to ensure alignment with targets.
