Job summary

BK Gulf is seeking an Instrumentation Engineer (Electrical Engineer – ELV) to design, specify, integrate, and commission instrumentation and control systems for modular E-Houses and data center facilities. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project requirements and ensure safe, reliable operation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in related fields and at least 5 years of experience in instrumentation and control engineering, with familiarity in PLC, SCADA, and BMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instrumentation, control systems, electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in instrumentation and control engineering.
• Experience with modular E-House, data center, industrial or critical infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, BMS, instrumentation devices, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and specify instrumentation systems including sensors, transmitters, control devices, and monitoring equipment for modular units.
• Develop and review instrumentation layouts, cable routing drawings, I/O lists, loop diagrams, and interface details across disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with ISA, IEC, and API standards and project specifications for instrumentation and control systems.
• Review vendor documentation and submittals to ensure proper integration of instrumentation equipment.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities, ensuring proper calibration, functionality, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and control system issues during project execution and commissioning phases.
• Ensure all designs and deliverables meet project quality, safety, and operational requirements.

Role Overview:
